Shipment flat rate: Fr. 4.80 (Swiss A-Post Letter / Parcel, incl. packaging)

Orders above Fr. 70.00: no shipment cost for Swiss A-Post delivery

Delivery cost EXPRESS: Fr. 17.80 (incl. packaging)

Valid shipping options at the time of ordering are displayed in the shopping cart and can be selected there. The prices are clearly visible.

Our delivery times

In general the following applies:

Ordered by 16.00h on workdays - shipped the same day.

PLEASE NOTE: For dater stamps with the date format French, Italian, English, Dutch and ISO delivery can take up to 4-7 working days. Due to the variety of date stamps we do not have all models in stock. We kindly ask for your understanding.

A-Post shipping means that you will usually receive your product the next day as a letter or parcel. In urgent cases, however, we recommend that you choose EXPRESS shipping. This way the postal service guarantees delivery.

If possible, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail if the shipment cannot be made on the same day or the following day.

Delivery by Swiss postal service

Our standard shipping service is Swiss Post as A-Post delivery.

For logistical reasons, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

Frequently asked questions about shipping

Do I have to be at home for parcel or express delivery?

It is advantageous to be at home unless you have agreed with the post office that parcels may be placed outside your door. However, due to their small size, most letters / parcels will fit in the storage compartment of your letterbox.

Alternatively, you can have your stamps sent to your office - this way someone will be available to accept delivery.

What happens if the ordered products are damaged?

Please check products delivered directly upon receipt. We make every effort to pack our products appropriately for shipping.

If, despite this, damage has occurred during transport, please document the damage with a photo, for example.

Please contact your postman or post office immediately and request a Post Damage Form. As soon as you have completed this form, please contact us for further information. After the postal service has recorded the damage, we will replace the damaged products free of charge.

If, in exceptional cases, Swiss Post does not accept the damage, please contact us with the documented damage so that we can discuss how to proceed.
